Garfield Davis Architectural Limited is a design consultancy with many years of experience in retail and commercial projects.

It has been established to offer a specialist service in the preparation of building design and construction information and the supervision of construction projects on site.

It is specifically intended to provide a rapid response, cost effective and problem free approach to new build, extension or refurbishment projects in retail or commercial sectors and, unlike many other building design consultancies, promises the hands on involvement of it's principal, Gary Davis.

Garfield Davis adopt a proactive yet pragmatic approach to its client's requirements whether the project involves a small complex refit or a
multi million pound flagship development. This approach has evolved through collaborations with national retail and commercial organisations and
is sensitive to site locations, market opportunities and demographic conditions.

Extensive computer aided design facilities are utilised to respond to client deadlines as well as increasingly complex building legislation.

The most important aspect of any project we undertake is ensuring compliance with the Local Authorities statutory Planning and Building Regulations requirements and we are normally able to advise our clients, during the initial consultation, which of these will be applicable to their proposals, which ensures there are no surprises further down the design and development process.

We undertake all liaisons, with the Local Authority to ensure a 'hassle free' decision period and deliver the approved plans, with clear instructions of any remaining items to be administered, to our clients on approval.
